It’s time to reclaim your wellness journey.
I’m Meagé, and I work with BIPOC women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and neurodivergent folks who are ready to break free from the constraints of toxic fitness culture and reclaim their wellness journey. Together, we create a path that centers joyful movement, body acceptance, and holistic well-being—guided by your values and needs.
I help my clients reconnect with their bodies, develop sustainable wellness habits, and find balance—all while feeling supported in a space free of judgment and restrictive standards.
I’m Meagé - Trauma Therapist, Wellness Coach & Certified Personal Trainer
How I Work:
At the core of my approach to wellness coaching and personal training is a belief that you already have what you need to thrive—you just need a space where you feel seen, supported, and guided.
I am dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and find joy in movement without the pressure of rigid routines or aesthetics-driven goals. Together, we’ll create a path that honors your unique journey and fits your life, not the other way around.
With expertise in trauma-informed care, holistic wellness practices, and Health at Every Size (HAES), I provide personalized coaching that respects your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Whether we’re building sustainable wellness habits or breaking down barriers rooted in trauma, perfectionism, or self-doubt, my goal is to help you rediscover balance, strength, and self-compassion.
Most importantly, I understand what it feels like to be marginalized or unseen in traditional wellness spaces. I’ve lived it, and that’s why I’m committed to creating truly inclusive practices for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent folks. When we work together, you won’t just get a coach—you’ll get someone who understands what it means to be navigating wellness on your own terms and who is ready to support you every step of the way.
What I Believe About Wellness:
This isn’t about conforming to anyone else’s expectations.
Wellness Should Be Unburdened.
I believe that wellness should feel liberating—not punishing. This is your journey, shaped by your needs and lived experiences. You Deserve to Feel Seen and Supported.
You are inherently deserving of wellness spaces that celebrate your unique identity, body, and journey.Healing and Growth Come from Connection.
Community is a powerful source of healing. Together, we create a supportive, judgment-free environment to help you reconnect with yourself and others.
Other Things About Me:
Since part of our work together is about building a balanced, fulfilling life, here’s a bit about how I live mine:
I’m a Black woman deeply committed to creating inclusive wellness spaces that honor every unique journey. I bring my lived experiences and passion for breaking down barriers in traditional fitness and wellness practices into everything I do.
I love exploring the DMV area’s best brunch spots, staying active through weightlifting and cross-training, and spending time with my dog, Cayenne. I also take pride in being the “bougie auntie” who spoils my niece and nephew, and I believe in living a life that honors rest, joy, connection, and authenticity.
Let’s create a wellness journey that feels true to you—together.
